Based in vibrant Tenerife, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to support the day-to-day operations of our jewellery repair workshop.

We provide our customers with a unique experience.

What you’ll do

Coordinate and assign work to jewellers

Assess product requiring repair

Send quotes and manage responses

Invoice repairs and distribute jobs

Assist in quality control

Handle retail store enquiries and requests

What you’ll bring

Thorough understanding of inventory management principles

Exceptional problem-solving skills

Strong organisation skills and multi-tasking ability

Strong operating knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel

Great customer service

Excellent phone manner and communication skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Jewellery knowledge highly regarded, but not essential
