The Role:
We are seeking a Junior Labourer / Trainee Pipelayer to join our hardworking team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the trade and grow within the civil construction industry.

You’ll be working alongside experienced operators and pipelayers, gaining hands-on training in underground services, stormwater and sewer installation, trenching, and general site preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in civil site works including trenching and pipe laying

Operate hand tools and assist with machinery under supervision

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow instructions from supervisors and senior crew members

Attend and complete any required on-the-job or external training

What We’re Looking For:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Reliable, punctual, and a positive team attitude

White Card (Construction Induction) – or willing to obtain

Driver’s licence and reliable transport

Previous labouring or construction experience (advantageous but not required)
