Norris Motor Group Brendale (Hyundai, Kia, MG, Isuzu & LDV) is expanding once again, and this growth opens the door for the right candidate to join one of Australia’s top 10 automotive franchises. Based in the newest automotive precinct on South Pine Road, Brendale, we are looking for a motivated Finance Manager or Trainee to become part of our high-performing finance team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in achieving finance and insurance KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Ability to follow proven sales processes and present all products to all customers

Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)

Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences

Team player with high levels of integrity and professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Previous automotive sales or finance experience highly regarded (not essential for trainees)
