We’re working with a local government client who is seeking a Technical Lead to guide solution architecture, oversee application development, and support enterprise platforms. This role plays a pivotal part in driving innovation and strengthening digital capability across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the design and delivery of enterprise application solutions, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Managing and maintaining application platforms to keep them efficient, effective, and future-ready.
• Overseeing technical deliverables in digital programs, including presenting architecture solution designs to governance boards.
• Developing system changes that align with business needs and quality standards.
• Staying across current and emerging technologies to provide guidance and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ experience in .NET development with a strong enterprise application background.
• Proven experience designing solutions for complex enterprise IT landscapes across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong technical project management capability with the ability to deliver within scope.
• Skilled in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
• Experience managing development and production environments.
• Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills with the ability to develop clear business cases.
• A confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
