What you'll do

• Shape sourcing strategies and execute sourcing event (RFI, RFP, RFx, etc...) and run complex negotiations for multi-million dollar sourcing events.
• Land cleanSoWs, renewals and robust contract positions.
• Work with senior stakeholders (Business Stakeholders, Legal, HR, Technology).
• Manage tier-one advisory firms: panels, rate cards, utilisation, escalations.
• Keep governance tight—approvals, audit trail, risk flags—and hand over cleanly to BAU.

What you bring

• 8+ years' sourcing experience within ASX-listed or enterprise environments; Australian financial services exposure highly desirable.
• Delivery at Senior Procurement level (hands-on sourcing + supplier mgmt. + low/no direct supervision).
• Data-led commercial judgement, risk mindset, crisp writing, confident senior engagement.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations (including CPS 230, CPS 234)
• Team leadership/mentoringa plus.
