We are currently supporting our Tier 1 Financial Services client, seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a centralised delivery team supporting multiple major programs. This is a 6 Month initial Daily rate contract which is based in the Sydney CBD. This position offers flexible working arrangements with up to 2-3 days in the office.

This role will play a key part in delivering enhancements to their Data teams, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment across enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to enhancements across large-scale enterprise programs.
• Collaborate within a centralised delivery team to ensure seamless coordination across diverse stakeholders and delivery streams.
• Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and produce high-quality documentation to support design and delivery.
• Assist testing processes, including both manual and automated environments.
• Work closely with project teams, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Experience Required

• 6 + year's experience as a Technical Business Analyst, in the Financial Services or Insurance sector.
• Hands-on experience with Reference Data Models and MDM
• Experience/ Understanding of Java, Python and API's.
• Exposure to testing environments, including both manual and automated testing practices.
• Practical experience applying Agile and Lean development methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
