The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, senior researcher to conduct guided literature searches, scoping and systematic reviews, and meta-analyses necessary for the update of the National Otitis Media Guidelines for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. We are recruiting a Senior Research Fellow to lead review outcomes, administer the Technical Advisory Group, lead the drafting and submission of high-quality, peer-reviewed journal publications, play a major role in research grant applications and establish and manage research databases.
About You:
As a motivated individual and qualified professional, you will have postgraduate qualifications and extensive program management and research experience in a health-related field.
You will also have:
- Proven track record of first-author publications.
- Experience in literature searches, systematic reviews and using statistical packages.
- Leading the drafting and submission of manuscripts for publications.
- Proven strong leadership in research and ability to lead and manage a small team.

The Benefits:
- Base salary Level C $132,508 - $151,412 per annum, pro-rata (total remuneration salary package including superannuation $161,252 – $184,437 per annum, pro-rata)
- Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum and $2,650 meal and entertainment card tax-free.
