As the Retail Project Manager – Beauty Store Launch, you will oversee the end-to-end rollout of our new store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take responsibility for turning our vision into reality — from concept to grand opening.

Key responsibilities include:

Sourcing suppliers and products for both retail and service areas

Recruiting, onboarding, and building the in-store team (stylists, beauticians, nail artists, and support staff)

Managing timelines, budgets, and external contractors

Coordinating with marketing teams to drive the store’s online and offline launch

Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Establishing operational processes for a smooth customer experience post-launch
