Client Services Officer
Inner city serviced office business is now seeking a mature and very experienced client services officer to take on a key front line role for this highly successful and long standing operation. The role involves all aspects of a frontline serviced office operation including the following:
Centre opening and closure on a daily basis
Front desk attendance – client and visitor interaction
General office operation responsibilities
Receiving goods and parcels
Coordinating meetings, functions and events
Actively participate in all aspects of the business operation
We are looking for an individual who is a highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently in a culture built around people. The successful applicant will need to be:
Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
Customer service professional
Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience required
Great communicator both written and oral
Experienced in an office environment
Minimum 3-5 years of office environment experience is essential
Extremely well organised and have great time management
Have outstanding attention to detail
Exceptional computer skills – office suite, email, etc
