Are you an experienced and passionate educator ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dedicated 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to join a vibrant and well-established Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service located in near Penrith, supporting a licensed capacity of 138 children.

As the 2IC, you’ll play a key leadership role alongside the Coordinator — helping to manage daily operations, support a passionate team, and deliver high-quality care and engaging programs for school-aged children.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Coordinator with daily operations and staff management
• Leading the team in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive programs
• Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in OSHC or a similar leadership role
• Holds a Diploma (or working towards) in Children’s Services or equivalent- Ideally
• Has current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a collaborative approach to their work
