• Before School: 6:30am – 9:30am
• After School: 2:30pm – 6:30pm

About You:

• Experienced in OSHC leadership (Team Leader, Coordinator or above)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and/or OSHC
• Strong understanding of My Time, Our Place & the NQF
• Confident in leading compliance, staff development, and programming
• Committed to delivering quality care and building strong team culture
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

You’ll Be:

• Nominated Supervisor & Educational Leader of the service
• Managing day-to-day operations, compliance, and team leadership
• Supported by a full-time 2IC and a hands-on Area Manager
• Driving a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children and educators alike
