What You’ll Be Doing:

Get creative: Design and deliver engaging programs that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy — backed by thoughtful observation and reflection

Celebrate moments: Share children’s learning and achievements with their families in meaningful ways

Champion child safety: Oversee attendance and bookings to ensure every child is safe and supported at all times

Inspire your team: Guide and support educators so they feel confident and valued in their roles

Build community: Strengthen partnerships with families and the school to create a strong, connected care environment

This is a permanent full-time position; 38hrs per week. Term Time Only, 5 block shifts.

What You’ll Bring:

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

Experience working in an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) setting — you understand the rhythm, energy, and unique needs of before and after school programs

A current Child Protection Training Certificate

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications

A valid NSW Working With Children Check

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification)
