Pool Construction Supervisor and Labourer – Brisbane Metro

We’re looking for a Pool Construction Supervisor/Labourer to join our Brisbane-based team! Willing to offer the role to a suitable trainee.

About the role:

Lead pool projects across Brisbane Metro Area within scope, time, quality and budget.

Identify and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, WHS, and QBCC standards.

Supervise and manage projects from start to finish, working with employees, sub-contractors and clients to ensure project delivery.

Full-time, permanent role

This position requires a high level of physical fitness and will be predominantly on-site, working with tools.

What we’re looking for:

Pool construction experience or a similar supervisory role. Background in construction is a must (carpentry, plumbing, steel fixing, landscaping etc)

QBCC license or relevant qualifications are highly regarded

Open driver's licence

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills

Passion for high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Communication skills are a must as customer relations are of high priority to our team.

Your day-to-day:

Supervise teams and manage on-site projects

Read plans, manage excavations and concrete pours, ordering supplies, plumbing, and filtration

Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met

Hands-on involvement with machinery and construction tasks
