An exciting opportunity has opened up for the right person to join our company in the role of Service Coordinator based in our Mile End South office.
About the position:
The Service Coordinator position sits within the Service Department and reports directly to the Service Manager. This is an exciting, challenging and fast-paced work environment with a small team dedicated to excellent customer service.
What you would do:
Liaise closely with clients, suppliers & management
Schedule and manage field technicians
Maintain service call details in the system database
Review and process invoicing
Update and maintain software monitoring systems
Skills and Attributes:
Previous experience in an admin, call centre or coordinator role
Proficient with all MS Office packages
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively resolve customer issues
Positive attitude
Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment
This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
The remuneration package will reflect the experience and skills of the successful applicant.
