Your new role

As a Senior Assessor, you'll play a key role in leading regulatory assessments and supporting your team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members
• Analysing complex information to assess risk and ensure compliance
• Preparing detailed assessments and documentation using case management systems
• Managing workloads and meeting deadlines
• Allocating tasks and monitoring team performance
• Improving assessment processes and guidance materials
• Communicating clearly with stakeholders and the public
• Contributing to policy and strategy development
• Staying up to date with sector changes and completing mandatory training
• Working standard business hours with flexibility as required

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience in regulatory environments or aged care
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Confidence using case management systems
• A proactive, collaborative mindset
• Experience in public sector health is highly desirable.
• You must be an Australian Citizen.
