Position: ICT Business Analyst

Type of Employment: Full Time Position

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 Gross plus Superannuation

Qualifications Requirement: Selected Candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree in ICT.

Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years full-time work experience post qualification. Moreover, we are seeking a candidate that can demonstrate their ability to perform the role competently and diligently.

Our Dandenong office is seeking to secure the full-time employment of an innovative and talented ICT Business Analyst. The chosen candidate will be required to analyse our current ICT infrastructure and how our staff utilise our ICT resources. Through that analysis the chosen candidate will be required to conduct a holistic assessment of our current ICT resources to identify weaknesses and provide strategic advice on the implementation of systems, BOT automation and software solutions – that will drive innovation, efficiency and productivity. Through that in-depth analysis the chosen candidate will be required to create systems, implement software solutions and at times provide targeted ICT training to our staff. The chosen candidate will also be required to provide strategic ICT advice and will be required to project manage ICT software/systems initiatives.

The chosen candidate will perform all of the following tasks:

· Conduct audits of our current ICT resources, assets and establish ICT processes from a systems and software perspective.

· Liaise with our staff and derive an understanding of our company’s ICT processes

· Liaising with staff to gasping an in-depth understanding of the ICT requirements needed for our staff to perform their roles.

· Identifying ICT weak points and inefficiencies and documenting issues

· Maintain requirements traceability matrices and project documentation

· Develop Power BI Reports

· Support change management activities and user training initiatives

· Prepare comprehensive business analysis reports and recommendations

· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and support

· Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams

· Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria for system implementations

· Perform gap analysis between current state and desired future state systems

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives

· Create detailed business process maps and system workflow documentation

· Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document functional requirements

· Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT solutions.
