The Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished Store Manager to lead our flagship store with elegance, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Customer experience is central to everything we do. Every detail, every interaction, and every conversation must reflect Olivetta’s refined and welcoming spirit. Full training will be provided, and a genuine appreciation for fine food will be viewed as a valuable quality.

Your Role

Lead daily operations, from stock management to presentation and service standards.

Recruit, train, and mentor a small, high-performing team.

Ensure every customer enjoys a personalised and memorable interaction.

Deliver sales growth through both service excellence and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate closely with the CEO to bring the Olivetta vision to life in-store.

Bring agility and grace to the ever-changing pace of a new brand launch.

What You Bring

Proven retail management experience, ideally within a luxury or design-led brand.

A polished, customer-first approach with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire.

Commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Adaptability and poise in a hands-on environment.
