The Role
We are seeking both a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager to lead and drive the success of this brand-new Chatswood location. As part of the leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the store delivers exceptional service, strong sales results, and a premium brand experience. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for motivating and coaching your team, managing stock flow, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, and driving financial performance. For the Store Manager, the role will also focus on strategic planning, building store culture, and collaborating closely with regional teams. The Assistant Store Manager will play a critical support role in daily operations and step up to lead the team in the Manager’s absence.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience at Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or 3IC level in retail
  
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  
  
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and operational targets
  
  
• Experience in stock control, rostering, and visual merchandising
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  
  
• Interest in sports, fitness, or running highly regarded
