About the role:

• Advise on M&A transactions, corporate governance, private equity, and joint ventures.
• Lead due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.

The ideal candidate:

• 7+ years' PQE in corporate/M&A/private equity from a leading firm.
• Australian Legal Qualification & Admission.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development.
