Mont Lawyers, a boutique specialist corporate law firm, is seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join our team.

As a valued team member, you will thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment, gaining practical, hands-on experience while working on challenging and rewarding projects. We are dedicated to offering our lawyers exposure to a wide array of corporate matters, including takeovers, schemes of arrangement, IPOs, and private M&A transactions.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 3 years of post-admission experience in corporate or commercial law.

Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively present complex legal information

A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and building long-term relationships

A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
