The Role

Our client is seeking a corporate M&A lawyer to join their growing Corporate/M&A practice. You will already be a Senior Associate or you will be an experienced Associate who is looking for a Senior Associate role.

This team advises on the full spectrum of corporate law issues. The team works with a high profile local and international companies.

You will be involved in work spanning capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions (private and public), major commercial transactions, complex joint ventures.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will:

• Be a Senior Associate or Associate coming out of private practice or in-house in a corporate advisory and/or M&A role
• Be collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment
• To be confident, capable and have excellent interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
• A commercial pragmatic approach as well as strong technical skills
