Registered Migration Agent / Lawyer – Cairns (On-Site)

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalised migration advice to a diverse client base. We’re now seeking a full-time, experienced Registered Migration Agent or Migration Lawyer to join our supportive team.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with clients to deliver expert migration advice and handle a variety of applications from start to finish. This is an on-site position at our Cairns office – it is not a remote role.

At Immigration Gurus, we have a dedicated admin team to handle paperwork and assist with visa applications, so you can focus on what matters most — providing expert advice and solutions to clients.

Day-to-day, you will:

Provide professional immigration advice and tailored solutions

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and cases

Prepare and lodge visa, skills assessment and appeal applications

Monitor progress and meet agreed KPIs

Keep up to date with migration legislation and policy changes

Always act in accordance with the OMARA Code of Conduct

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

A Registered Migration Agent (OMARA) or an experienced migration lawyer (LPN)

Experienced in employer-sponsored migration (highly regarded)

Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities

Skilled in building strong client relationships with excellent written and verbal communication
