Keysborough Golf Club is seeking a talented and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen at our golf club in Melbourne's east. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a stable, supportive role with excellent work–life balance.

About the role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

Delivering a casual bar-meals offering that becomes a highlight of the members’ experience.

Adding your own personal touch to menus to ensure a food experience that feels unique and different from other venues.

Overseeing kitchen operations – menu design, ordering, food safety, and cost control.

Managing and mentoring a small team to ensure smooth service.

Working collaboratively with management to continuously improve the member experience.

About you

Experienced Chef with a strong background in casual dining, clubs, restaurants, or hotels.

Proven ability to create menus that are fresh, approachable, and full of personality.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent understanding of food safety standards and cost control.

A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to high standards.
