We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and take responsibility for delivering high-quality services to a portfolio of customers. This is a critical role with variety, challenge and genuine scope for growth. Working hand-in-glove with the Account Managers, you will be the person clients rely on, coordinating services across multiple sites, managing reporting and compliance requirements, and ensuring their operations run smoothly. Some days you will be solving issues and keeping things on track, while others you will be working on projects that drive sustainability outcomes such as resource optimisation and environmental efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to reducing impact and improving sustainability practices for major industrial organisations.

Intermediate reporting and data management experience is essential for this role.

A minimum of Certificate or Diploma level qualification is required.

A minimum of 3+ years customer service experience is required.

Knowledge of environmental services or waste management industry is preferred but not essential.

You will be supported by an experienced leadership team who value initiative and new ideas. You will gain exposure to large, complex customers across Australia and New Zealand, and you will have the chance to grow into more senior roles as our business continues to expand.
