We are an established and growing Financial Planning business and two members of our administration team and joining our adviser ranks so the opportunity exists for an experienced Client Services Officer to join our Melbourne team (based in Ivanhoe) on a permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Practice Manager, your focus will be assisting our financial planners in the day to day preparation of files, processing of paperwork and general administration and client servicing support. The role has the potential to lead to a Client Services Manager for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Implementation of SOA's

Prepare and process application forms

Prepare and implement ROA's

Updating and maintaining client information within our Xplan database

Administration and processing of client documentation

Manage and respond to client queries

Make and manage client appointments

Maintain and uphold data integrity

Adhere to all relevant risk and compliance obligations

General administration

What we are after:

Experience with Xplan preferred

Ideally have 2 years experience in Financial Planning administration

Experience in delivering high quality client service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

A 'can do' attitude with the ability to learn fast, take ownership and work both independently and as part of team

Well organised with excellent attention to detail

The ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines

An adaptable and flexible nature

Strong problem solving ability
