Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage the full payroll cycle for approximately 150 employees on a fortnightly payroll using TechnologyOne. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and ownership of the payroll function. Immediate start available, 6 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for 150 employees on a fortnightly cycle using TechnologyOne
• Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies
• Interpret and apply awards, EBAs, and employment contracts accurately
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and statutory obligations (PAYG, superannuation, etc.)
• Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with audits, system upgrades, and process improvements

About You:

• Proven experience running end-to-end payroll, ideally in a similar-sized organisation
• Strong working knowledge of TechnologyOne payroll system (essential)
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation, superannuation, and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships across the business
