Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest transport companies in the South West! Due to continued growth our client based in the Bunbury are looking for 2 Payroll Specialists to join their team. These two roles are permanent, 1 full time, 1 part time, immediate start.

Your Duties:

• Process fortnightly/monthly payroll
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records
• Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including PAYG, superannuation, and other statutory requirements.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end and year-end reporting.

Your Duties:

• Xero experience (essential)
• Strong administration experience (essential)
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
