The Role

• Lead, inspire, and mentor educators to deliver high-quality early childhood programs.
• Oversee daily operations, including rostering, program monitoring, and staff support.
• Implement the centre’s Quality Improvement Program (QIP) and professional learning initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with ACECQA standards and contribute to a thriving centre culture.

Role Requirements

• Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or University Degree – ACECQA approved).
• Working with Children Check
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a genuine passion for early learning.
• Child Protection Certification and understanding of Mandatory Reporting responsibilities.
• Candidates must have full working rights
