Lead the strategy for clients growth focussed on SEM, paid social, SEO and shopping feeds.

Be a thought leader and ambassador for the agency at industry events and forums

The role is roughly 80% client strategy and relationship management- however will be required to be hands on with the tools still and have the ability to optimise and set up campaigns. Client relationship focussed as well as commercial to educate and upsell.

manage team of campaign/performance managers

Preparation and delivery of business pitches/proposals

About You...

Experience in managing million-dollar performance marketing campaigns

A genuine passion for digital media with a keen interest in emerging trends/technologies to keep up to date with industry developments. Hands on platform experience to go with this is essential.

A growth mindset to help develop and grow both clients' ROI and the agency development

happy for a strong manager to step into a director role
