About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Finance Manager will lead all aspects of the company’s finance function. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident managing the end-to-end financial operations of a business and improving systems as we scale.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial accounting and month-end reporting

Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Oversight of accounts payable and receivable

Process weekly payroll and ensure payroll compliance (including superannuation, BAS, payroll tax and basic understanding of awards)

Strengthening internal controls and improving financial processes

Insurance compliance

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior accounting role

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

CPA or CA qualification (mandatory)

Strong working knowledge of Xero (or similar accounting systems)

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to partner with management
