We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in nursing recruitment in Australia to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about people, driven by results, and ready to make a real difference in healthcare staffing, we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of established nursing clients
• Work across permanent and/or contract recruitment
• Drive new business through strategic outreach and relationship-building
• Source, attract, and engage top nursing talent across Australia
• Deliver a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates
• Negotiate commercial terms and uphold best practices
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and contribute to shared success

About you:

• Proven experience in nursing or healthcare recruitment in Australia
• A growth mindset and a passion for building lasting relationships
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Keen to work within in a supportive, engaged team
