Are you passionate about tourism, community engagement, and creating lasting impressions for visitors? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to help manage our tourism services and key landmarks at the Menzies Visitor Centre.

What You'll Be Doing:

Create Memorable Visitor Experiences: Ensure a welcoming, informative, and positive environment for visitors.

Tourism Assets Management: Oversee key landmarks like the Lady Shenton building and the Caravan Park.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to keep our tourism services running smoothly.

Event Coordination & Administrative Support: Assist with event planning and day-to-day office tasks.

Promotional Work: Manage signage and materials that showcase our community and region.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

Competitive salary: $63,500 to $74,000 depending on experience.

Relocation allowance and subsidised accommodation (subject to Shire policy).

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous work in tourism, community services, or similar roles

Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills

Customer Service: A passion for delivering top-notch service to visitors

Independence: Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

Qualifications:

Completion of Year 10 or equivalent.
