Seabreeze Group is a dynamic and growing construction company, currently delivering an iconic 10-level residential high-rise project. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of this landmark build.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage head contract and subcontract agreements from award through to closeout

Prepare, review, and issue subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and progress claims

Track contract performance, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs)

Manage RFIs, site instructions, and documentation to ensure compliance with contract terms

Support the project team with cost reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Liaise with site, project, and commercial teams to ensure contractual obligations are met

Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and registers

🎯 Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field

5+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role (commercial construction preferred)

Strong understanding of construction contracts, legislation, and procurement processes

High-level attention to detail, organisational skills, and commercial acumen

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in construction project management software preferably Builder Trend , Zero and Build Pass
