The Role:

• Lead and deliver commercial fit out projects up to $5m across Melbourne.
• Oversee planning, programming, subcontractor management, and day-to-day delivery.
• Manage budgets, contracts, variations, and reporting to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client, architect, and consultant relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality and safety.

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with at least 2+ years in fit out projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience.
• Confident communicator and proactive problem solver.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding spaces and exceeding client expectations.
