A standout builder within the Melbourne market that can flex 50 years of history, just shy of 200 staff onboard throughout Victoria and a full book of until 2027.

This well known and reputable Tier 2 Commercial Builder is responsible for delivering Apartments, Retail, Office, Hotel and Aged Care projects spanning up to $180M.

Role

The relevant role is a Senior Project Coordinator position that will involve delivering a $60M Carpark and Amenities upgrade in the heart on Doncaster.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing progress reports and ensuring all other documents are kept up to date
  • Administering paperwork and liazing with relevant stakeholders - including Government bodies
  • Procurement and communicating effectively with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Managing subcontractors
  • Driving and enforcing OH&S safety methods and procedure
  • Reviewing expenses and tracking costs

Requirements

  • Senior/Project Coordinator experience for a Tier 1-3 Commercial Headcontractor
  • Previous experience administering paperwork for Government projects heavily favorable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Cheops, Hammertech and Visibuild softwares
