ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives – the Head of Development and the Head of Marketing. You will take ownership of diary and travel management, prepare polished documents and board papers, and ensure the smooth running of two busy offices. This role is perfect for a confident EA who thrives on balancing competing priorities, working independently, and being a trusted partner to senior leaders.

DUTIES

  • Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and meetings for two senior executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
  • Prepare and format high-quality documents, board papers, and presentations
  • Provide project and event support across Development and Marketing teams
  • Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders in line with company policy
  • Assist with investment board papers and document preparation
  • Build strong relationships across leadership and wider support teams

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years experience as a Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and discretion
  • Experience in property or marketing/events advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge of Concur - Preferred but not essential
