RETAIL MANAGER

Full Time Position

Education: Diploma of Management or higher

Experience: 1 year Plus

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Duties:

The duties and responsibilities include
1. Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices.
2. Promoting and advertising the Business goods.
3. Putting Groceries, veggies and Fruits on special/clearance sale
4. selling goods to customers and advising them on quality.
5. maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
6. undertaking budgeting for the Business/Store.
7. controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
8. ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
9. Determining stock levels and service standards.
