About You

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Support Coordinator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with diverse age groups, managing varied caseloads, and is passionate about providing holistic services to participants, enabling them to live life to their fullest potential.

Key Result Areas

Key result areas (KRAs) will be identified in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer as part of Blossom Community Care’s Performance Appraisal and Development process. These KRAs will be regularly reviewed and adapted as required.

Qualifications

Diploma in Disability, Community Services, or related qualification.

Minimum 2 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.

Current Victorian Driver’s License.

Knowledge & Experience

In-depth understanding of the Disability Standards and NDIS principles, incorporating them into daily work practices and values.

Proficiency with relevant computer software.

Proven ability to work under broad direction.

Fit to operate screen-based equipment.

Experience communicating with people with disabilities or NDIS participants.

Experience in identifying, developing, and evaluating communication matters.

Employment Safety Screening Requirements
