CIVIL PROJECT SUPERVISOR

$100 - $120k + Super + Vehicle

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Supervisor to join our growing team. As one of Australia’s largest privately owned civil and remediation contractors, we’ve been delivering quality projects across Australia for over 15 years with an exciting pipeline of work.

With several new projects underway, we’re looking for a motivated and capable professional to help us deliver outstanding results.

About the Role

Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading our teams on site. Your focus will be on achieving strong project outcomes through the effective management of our people, subcontractors, and resources.

You’ll be responsible for:

Coordinating and supervising simple to complex civil projects from planning to completion

Managing labour and subcontractors to ensure productivity and cost-efficiency

Ensuring work meets quality standards, budget targets, and deadlines

Identifying and resolving issues before they impact project success

Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

This role requires flexibility to travel outside of the Sydney area, working away from home, as project locations will vary.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who can:

Plan and schedule work with staff and contractors to meet project timelines

Conduct toolbox talks and promote high safety, quality, and performance standards

Supervise subcontractors on site to ensure timely and quality delivery

Maintain strong communication with clients and provide regular operational updates

Read and interpret construction drawings and plans

Lead by example with a hands on approach and a commitment to safety

Work away from home when required

Skills Required

Civil trade qualifications or equivalent

White Card (General Construction Induction)

Cert IV in Training & Assessing and/or WHS (Desirable)

Demolition licence (Desirable)

Asbestos tickets (Desirable)

Solid experience in civil construction and/or remediation

Current driver’s licence
