ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Power Engineering Services is an Australian owned and operated company based in Perth, Western Australia. We specialise in high voltage electrical testing, commissioning, maintenance in mining, utility, heavy industrial and commercial industry.

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our strong team of engineers and electricians in our Kewdale office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Commissioning, testing and maintenance of LV and HV switchgear including protection relays, trip units and instrument transformers.
• Commissioning, testing and maintenance of power and distribution transformers.
• Technical documentation – Commissioning, testing and maintenance reports.
• Project Engineering.

Areas of Expertise:
• Testing and commissioning of HV & LV installations.
• Auditing HV and LV substations for compliance.
• Development of switching programmes.
• Carrying out power system load flow analysis.
• Carrying out power system protection coordination studies.
• Design of power system protection schemes.
• Drafting of electrical drawings.

Qualifications
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree.
• Master of Engineering Science (Electrical Engineering).

Your annual base salary will start at $90,000 plus superannuation and will be commensurate with your experience.
