OVERALL POSITION OBJECTIVE

Lead Engineer with 16+ years of experience in Aerospace/Heavy engineering/Rolling Stock/Mining/SAP PM (Rail Assets Management & Fixed Plant) has the ability to handle the team and Projects independently. Successfully completed PMP From PMI & POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION in OPERATION MANAGEMENT from SYMBIOSIS INSTITUTE. In this role, you will be:

Having Good Experience of working closely with site maintenance Engineer.

Technical understanding of all the Rail and Fixed Plant assets.

Actively involved in operation levelling process.

Expertise in SAP master data transaction Code & activity.

Good knowledge of MSDT.

Good Command in Load sheets & BOM creation.

Having Rail equipment knowledge.

Well versed with Maintenance Tactics development process.

Having Experience in creating service manuals.

Good knowledge in Technical publication manuals like AMM, IPC, SRM etc.

Ability to manage project independently.

Well versed with all project management process and knowledge area.

Knowledge of agile project management tools like Scrum and Kanban etc

Key Accountability

Assets Management & Master data activity Delivering services to the customer.

Provide technical support to team. Ensure volume targets are met on daily/weekly/monthly Implementing and standardising processes including Quality control .

Quality Control/Assurance

Ensure service delivery meets quality requirements based on Process document and guidelines. Ensure improved performance & quality service delivery on weekly/monthly basis.

Work effectively as part of the team, with both internal and external key stakeholders

Skills and Experience

A.M.a.e.si Equivalent to B.E

PGDBA from Symbiosis in 2021

PMP from PMI in 2021

Microsoft office, Catia, Solidworks, Isodraw, Autotrol, adobe illustrator, xml.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

MSDT Tool & Service now

Intermediate-advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio

Capability of working autonomously and in teams collaboratively

Ability to prioritise tasks Strong time management skills

Previous experience in a similar role (or) having hands-on experience on above mentioned systems Product Knowledge and Industry Experience
