Exposure to a variety of schemes, including residential and commercial buildings

Gain direct experience with meeting preparation, correspondence, compliance, and contractor liaison

Key Duties

Assist Managers with meeting preparation, agendas, minutes, and reports

Provide administrative support to committees and Managers

Manage correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping

Liaise with contractors and coordinate property maintenance

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes

What We’re Looking For

Property management or administration experience highly regarded

Strong organisation and time management skills

Ability to manage high volumes of correspondence and multitask effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
