Position

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Assistant Branch Manager / 2IC in Wodonga VIC.

This role is perfect for experienced Parts Interpreters who are ready to step up into leadership. You will support the Branch Manager in overseeing operations, while building your skills to move into senior management in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in leading day-to-day branch operations

Motivate and develop team members to deliver strong results

Assist with branch performance, stock control, and customer service standards

Step in for the Branch Manager when required, ensuring seamless operations

Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Experience Required

Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in parts operations within automotive, capital equipment, truck, or agricultural industries

Motivated, professional, and ready to take the next step in your career
