The Role

The position will involve assisting Insurance Advisers with;

Processing policy transactions

Pre renewal preparation

Renewal requoting

Debtor management

Document management

Client and insurer communication

Skills and experience (experienced candidates)

Financial Services Tier 1 Qualification

Proven proficiency with Insurance computer programs

Proven proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite

Sound knowledge of core insurer product offerings

Understanding and application of risk analysis and advice

Strong Insurance technical skills and first principles

Skills and experience (candidates with transferrable skills)

Commitment to commence study to obtain Financial Services qualification

Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new programs

Proven ability to problem solve

Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously

Evident passion and proactive work ethic
