You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality turf across our 55 sports fields, ensuring safe and vibrant spaces for community recreation. This is your chance to work outdoors, lead turf rejuvenation initiatives, and contribute to a team that values collaboration, safety, and excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain turf across 55 sports fields
• Deliver specialised turf management programs
• Conduct turf inspections and document condition
• Identify pest, disease, and turf damage issues
• Implement rejuvenation plans with Team Leader
• Rotate across teams to build multi-skilled capacity
• Communicate with customers and contractors
• Attend toolbox meetings and report maintenance issues

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Turf Management or relevant experience
• ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and Police Clearance
• Sound turf and irrigation knowledge
• Experience mentoring and supporting teams
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of WHS and safe work practices
• Operator maintenance experience in turf settings
• Intermediate MS Office skills
