You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality turf across our 55 sports fields, ensuring safe and vibrant spaces for community recreation. This is your chance to work outdoors, lead turf rejuvenation initiatives, and contribute to a team that values collaboration, safety, and excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain turf across 55 sports fields
- Deliver specialised turf management programs
- Conduct turf inspections and document condition
- Identify pest, disease, and turf damage issues
- Implement rejuvenation plans with Team Leader
- Rotate across teams to build multi-skilled capacity
- Communicate with customers and contractors
- Attend toolbox meetings and report maintenance issues

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Certificate III in Turf Management or relevant experience
- ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and Police Clearance
- Sound turf and irrigation knowledge
- Experience mentoring and supporting teams
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of WHS and safe work practices
- Operator maintenance experience in turf settings
- Intermediate MS Office skills
