About the role

Ready Bake Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Cold Warehouse Store Person / Order Picker to join our team in our Virginia, Queensland facility. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate storage, retrieval, and order picking of products in our cold storage warehouse.

What you'll be doing

Receive, unload, and store products in the appropriate locations within the cold storage warehouse

Accurately pick and assemble customer orders, ensuring all items are correctly selected and packed

Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and control, minimising errors and product loss

Assist in the general upkeep and organisation of the warehouse, including cleaning and maintaining a safe work environment

Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse and logistics team to ensure efficient operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar warehousing or logistics role, ideally within a cold storage or food production environment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order picking and inventory management

Ability to work efficiently and productively, both independently and as part of a team

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of a warehouse environment

Forklift license and experience operating high reach warehouse equipment

Willingness to be a part of a small well connected team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
