Parts Interpreter - Melbourne

Our Parts team is looking for a Parts Advisor.

The focus of this role is to maximise the supply/sales of the dealerships Genuine Parts and Accessories via back counter of their busy service workshop. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will work in a stable, cohesive and results driven team.

What awaits you?

You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in an efficient manner.

You will interpret customer enquires and process quotes and orders, whilst providing solutions to customer needs.

You will book and track customer deliveries.

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Parts, Mechanical or experience is required

Previous experience in a similar role is required

Strong customer service focus

High attention to detail

Proven ability to be proactive as well as resilient
