Position

An opportunity has become available for multiple Parts Interpreter roles across Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, from Campbellfield to Eltham to Heidelberg.

This role will suit someone who thrives on providing expert advice, delivering excellent customer service, and enjoys being part of a busy, high-performing branch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and supply automotive parts to trade and retail customers
• Provide accurate product advice and technical support
• Manage incoming enquiries via phone, counter, and email
• Assist with stock control, inventory accuracy, and branch presentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and branch success

Experience Required

• Previous Parts Interpreter or automotive parts experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
