This is the perfect opportunity for an Accounts Payable professional who’s eager to broaden their skills and step into an Assistant Accountant role, while still leveraging their strong AP expertise.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with month end
• Posting journals
• Assisting BAS & FBT preparation
• balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
• Matching, batching, coding
• Troubleshooting invoice/system issues
• Amending any invoicing errors
• Payment runs

About you:

You’re a motivated Assistant Accountant with strong exposure in Accounts Payable:

• At least 2 years’ experience in AP/AA
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Prior experience of using Concur is preferred
