The Role
Our Governance and Performance unit are searching for an experienced, customer focused Senior Administration Officer to join the team.
In this varied role, you will:
- Provide high level administrative support including meeting preparation and minute taking
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers
- Undertake invoicing and financial processing
- Support a range of projects for the team
- Ensure all administrative functions are delivered to our standards, in a timely and efficient manner.
This is a full time role, working mainly Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm at Galkangu (Bendigo GovHub building).
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong administration experience with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills, time management and problem solving skills
- Be highly proficient with a broad range of software programs
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
A satisfactory police check is required for this position.
